SHIPPING
Our shipping partners are Aramex. Shipping rates for carpets available in Dubai are calculated on checkout.
Upon placing your order, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor the progress and order status.
For carpets available in Beirut, shipping rate is calculated separately.
Shipping is free for order above 3,500$ flying from Dubai to the GCC.
RETURNS
Our customers’ satisfaction is our main goal, we have crafted a detailed refund/exchange policy with your happiness at its core.
You may return an Iwan Maktabi item and get 100% refunded as in-store credit if you personally return it to one of our shops either in Beirut or Dubai and if it is in its exact same condition and state (Not damaged, not altered) – You have 15 days from date of purchase.
If you can’t return it personally to any of our shops, you may still return it and get refunded.
However, these fees will be deducted:
- Cost of return shipping
- VAT and custom fees incurred by Iwan Maktabi to reimport your Iwan Maktabi item
Returns are accepted within 15 days from date of purchase and you will get in-store credit
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately on marketing@iwanmaktabi.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your order shows damage when you receive the shipment, please open it in the presence of the delivery service personnel, or at least bring it to their attention when signing for the item.
Obtain a photograph of the damaged package. Contact us immediately and retain all packaging materials.
